Apple offers $100 store credit after angry messages flood iPhone forums

Dropping the price of the 8GB iPhone by 33% after only two months - big news - and very upsetting news. I have posted to the right an image from the official iPhone forum from this morning (click to enlarge). While some were saying "Apple didn't make you buy the iPhone at full price," others were quite angry.
